Ian is an experienced federal contracts compliance specialist and litigator. He assists clients with F.A.R. compliance issues, particularly specializing in the unique compliance issues for small business participating in set-aside procurements. He also assists them with application and admission to the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program, HUBZone program and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business program.
Additionally, Ian assists clients with contract administration matters. He works with clients to develop requests for equitable adjustment and claims and represents clients before the small business the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, and Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board.
Ian is an experienced bid protest litigator representing companies in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims. He also represents clients in size protests before the Small Business Administration and its appeal board, the Office of Hearings and Appeals.
